Welcome to Ninja Hope (“the App”), operated by Flame of Hope International (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the App, available on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

 

  1. Eligibility: You must be at least 13 years old (or the legal minimum age in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority, you
    may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

     

  2. Account and Access: Some features of the App may require account creation. You agree to provide accurate and complete information and to keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

     

  3. In-App Purchases: The App may include virtual currency or goods that can be purchased with real money. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by law. Apple and Google handle all payments and refunds according to their policies.

     

  4. User Conduct: You agree not to:
  • Use the App for unlawful purposes
  • Harass, bully, or harm other users
  • Use cheats, automation tools, or exploit bugs
  • Reverse engineer or tamper with the App’s code
  1. Ownership & Intellectual Property: All content in the App, including graphics, audio, and software, is the property of Flame of Hope International or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.

     

  2. Termination: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for violations of these Terms or applicable laws.

     

  3. Disclaimer of Warranties: The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” We make no warranties regarding availability, reliability, or performance.

     

  4. Limitation of Liability: To the extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the App.

     

  5. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada/Quebec, and disputes will be resolved in courts located in Montreal, Quebec.

    END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT (EULA) – ninjahope

    This End User License Agreement (“Agreement”) is a legal agreement between you (“User”) and ninjahope, the developer of the mobile application (“App”). By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement.

    1. License

    Ninjahope grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to install and use the App solely for your personal, non-commercial use on any Apple-branded device you own or control, and as permitted by the Usage Rules set forth in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.
     2. Ownership 
    The App and all intellectual property rights therein are and shall remain the property of ninjahope or its licensors. You acquire no ownership interest in the App under this Agreement.
     
    3. Restrictions
    You agree not to: 
    • Copy, modify, or create derivative works of the App; 
    • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App; 
    • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or distribute the App to any third party; 
    • Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any manner inconsistent with this Agreement.
     
    4. Apple Terms
    This license is between you and Ninjahope and not with Apple. Ninjahopeis solely responsible for the App and its content. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support services with respect to the App. In the event of any failure of the App to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any) for the App. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Apple will have no other warranty obligation whatsoever. You acknowledge that Apple is a third-party beneficiary of this Agreement and that Apple shall have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this Agreement against you. 
     
    5. Disclaimer of Warranty
    The App is provided “as is” and without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
     
    6. Limitation of Liability
    To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall Ninjahope be liable for any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the App. 7. Governing Law This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Arab Emirates, without regard to its conflict of law principles
