ニンジャホープのアカウントとデータを削除する
ここで、ニンジャホープのアカウントと、関連する個人情報の、完全な削除を依頼できます。削除を始める前に、アカウントの持ち主であることを確認します。依頼を終えるために、別にサポートへ連絡する必要はありません。
依頼は24時間以内に受け付けたことをお知らせし、本人確認と削除の範囲の確認ができてから、通常は7暦日以内に削除を終えます。処理に時間がかかる場合は、お知らせし、進み具合を連絡します。削除が終わったら、そのことをお知らせします。このフォームを送っただけでは、削除が終わったことにはなりません。
削除では、あなたのアカウント、プロフィール、進み具合、持ち物、関連する個人の投稿内容が消され、元に戻すことはできません。法律上、残す必要のある情報がある場合は、その理由と期間を、依頼を確定する前にご説明します。アカウントを削除しても、AppleまたはGoogle Playの定期購入は解約されず、購入した代金も自動では返金されません。ストアのアカウントで、別に解約してください。それでも、すぐにアカウントを削除することは選べます。
アプリの中からも削除できます。「ヘルプ」を開き、「アカウントを削除」を選んでください。

Delete your Ninja Hope account and data
Request permanent deletion of your Ninja Hope account and associated personal information here. We confirm account ownership before starting deletion. You do not need to contact support separately to finish the request.
We acknowledge requests within 24 hours and normally complete deletion within seven calendar days after identity and deletion scope confirmation. If processing takes longer, we notify you and provide progress updates. We confirm when deletion is complete. Submitting this form does not mean deletion has already finished.
Deletion removes your account, profile, progress, inventory and associated personal content and cannot be undone. We explain any information that must be retained, its reason and duration before you confirm. Deleting the account does not cancel an Apple or Google Play subscription or automatically refund a purchase. Cancel separately in your store account. You can still choose immediate account deletion.
